Healthy fast food? Yep, it's possible

You can eat healthy away from home, even at restaurants with drive-throughs. Try these five tips: 1. Keep portions small. Choose a regular-sized hamburger and a small serving of french fries. Or order a kid's meal. 2. Choose grilled items, such as turkey or chicken breast. 3. Opt for an entree salad with fat-free or low-fat dressing. 4. Select a healthy side dish, such as fruit or a baked potato. 5. Skip shakes and ice-cream drinks, as well as high-calorie condiments, such as special dressings, tartar sauce and mayonnaise.
