Healthy recipe: Breakfast burrito

Bored with breakfast? Try this healthy breakfast burrito. In a small skillet, saute 1/2 cup chopped tomato, 2 tablespoons chopped onion and 1/4 cup frozen corn. until he veggies are soft and the moisture evaporates. Add 1/4 cup egg substitute and scramble until cooked through, about 3 minutes. To serve, spread egg mixture in the center of a whole-wheat tortilla and top with 2 tablespoons of salsa.
