Recipe: Mango tango salad

Mango tango salad — one of many healthy recipes from Mayo Clinic.


Directions

Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl. Let stand 10 minutes. Toss just before serving.

1 teaspoon minced red onion

Half of 1 jalapeno pepper, seeded and minced
