Stop Smoking and Tobacco Use Clinic

Ready to finally kick the habit? Sign up for the FREE Stop Tobacco Use Clinic at Bay Area Hospital. In this free weekly workshop, we review proven methods to help you stop smoking cigarettes, cigars and pipes or chewing tobacco. You will also receive encouragement to support this important lifesaving effort.

The clinic is held the first four Wednesdays of each month.

• The daytime class meets on the first and second Wednesdays of each the month, from noon to 1 p.m.
• The evening class meets on the third and fourth Wednesdays of each the month, from 5:30-6:30 p.m.
