Stress Reduction

Attend this FREE four class series to learn cognitive behavioral therapy, a proven method of helping to conquer chronic pain, anxiety, and depression. "Train Your Brain" classes are held on the first four Tuesdays, every other month.

January, May, and September, classes are held from 1:00-3:00 p.m.
March, July, and November classes are held from 6:00-8:00 p.m.
