Attend this FREE series of four classes to learn cognitive behavioral therapy, a proven method of helping to conquer chronic pain, anxiety, and depression. Classes are held on the first four Mondays of the month, but you can start the series on any Monday.
Odd-numbered months (January, March, etc.), classes are held from 1:00-3:00 p.m. Even numbered months (February, April, etc.) classes are held from 6:00-8:00 p.m.
Pre-registration is appreciated but not required.
