Event Description:	If you are an expectant parent or have a baby up to the age of 1 year, this 2-part class can help you adjust to parenthood by providing practical tips and emotional support. Topics include how to recognize the signs of being overwhelmed, how to ask for help, how to get the rest you need, the impact your baby may have on your relationship with others in your family, and goal setting/ planning for the future.
