To Qualify: Educational Requirements: Must be a graduate of an accredited physical therapy school. Must be currently licensed (or eligible to be licensed) as a Physical Therapist in the state of Oregon and have Basic Life Support or obtain within 60 days of hire date. New graduates may apply. Occupational Requirements: Effective interpersonal, communication, time management and organizational skills. Occupational Preferences: Ability to work in acute care & outpatient setting. Duties and Responsibilities: Completes treatment to achieve desired patient goals and documents evaluations, daily progress notes, treatment plans, goals, and discharge summaries within departmental guidelines; effectively evaluates and selects appropriate modalities and testing equipment for each patient; provides patient and family instruction in the performance of functional activities.
