Birth certificates are not issued by hospitals. If you need to order a certified copy of a birth certificate, please visit the Oregon Health Authority website. To make this process easier for new parents, mothers in our Family Birth Center are provided with the appropriate form to request a copy of the birth certificate from the state.
MyCare is an online resource, provided by Bay Area Hospital, which allows patients to view certain medical records. If you have already received your secure login, click the link below to get started.
MyCare Patient Login
If you have not received login information, you can request a myCare account when you register as a patient at Bay Area Hospital. MyCare is a secure website, protected by encryption, secure login, and validation key codes. When you request an account, you must have a valid email address and a picture ID to verify your identity.
