Accreditations


	We received accreditation through the Joint Commission in 2004 and 2007. And in 2010, we earned a Gold Seal of Approval for quality and patient safety.

	Our Community Cancer Center is accredited as a Community Hospital Comprehensive Care Program by the American College of Surgeons Commission on Cancer. Nationally only 25 percent of hospital programs are accredited. Of these, only 14% are accredited as Comprehensive Cancer Programs.

	Our bariatric surgery program has been named a Bariatric Surgery Center of Excellence by the American Society for Metabolic and Bariatric Surgery. Our program is one of only four programs in the state of Oregon which meet stringent enough standards to be recognized as a Center of Excellence.
	Our Sleep Study Center is accredited through the American Academy of Sleep Medicine.

	Our medical laboratory and pathology services are accredited by the College of American Pathologists.

	Our Women's Imaging mammography program is accredited through the American College of Radiology accreditation process.

	Our Continuing Medical Education program was honored by the Oregon Medical Association as an outstanding program and the Laboratory received the “Gold Standard” accreditation from the College of American Pathologists.

	Our hospital and its Home Health services attained an accreditation by the Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations WHEN, and the Tumor Registry was accredited by the Commission on Cancer.
