If you've had recent heart problems, you may feel confused about all of the information coming your way. What about diet? Is it okay to exercise? How much exercise is too much?
Our Cardiac Rehabilitation Services team will help to get you back on the road to recovery and a healthy heart.
Through a gradual program of physical activity, education, and emotional support you will regain your strength and confidence to get back into life.
Our team will help you develop a personal health plan and work with you to achieve your goals. Your family is encouraged to be involved as you regain control of your health and your life.
How to enroll:
You are eligible if you've had a recent heart attack; are recently diagnosed with heart disease or angina, or have undergone heart surgery or other heart procedures.
Contact your personal physician for a referral to our program.
Most major insurances and Medicare cover part of the program cost. You will need to verify coverage with your insurance plan before enrollment.
