  • Body Awareness
    A gentle exercise class that can help you relax and tone your body, strengthen and improve balance and posture.
  • South Coast Striders/Healthy Hikes
    Explore our beautiful south coast! Organized hikes are offered periodically throughout the year. Short and longer distances at each event.
  • Tai Chi for Better Balance
    A 12 week class on: Tuesdays and Thursdays, 2 to 3 pm., $50.00 fee.
