  • Blood Pressure Screening
    Drop-in on Thursdays to have you blood pressure checked. Bay Area Hospital, 1st floor lobby.
  • Heart Failure Education
    This class explains what heart failure is and how best to care for yourself, including nutrition guidelines, medication and activity information.
  • Cardiac Rehabilitation
    If you have had recent serious heart health problems, this program will help you back to recovery. A doctor’s order is required.
  • Living Well
    This program, developed by Stanford University, teaches practical skills for improving life while living with a long-term condition such as arthritis, asthma, heart disease, kidney disease, diabetes, or chronic pain.
