HOME HEALTH
Skilled medical care, which is fully covered by Medicare, brings a variety of health care into a patient's home. Skilled nursing services include personal planning and instruction for patients and caregivers, wound care and dressing changes, diabetic management, medication management, specialized cancer care, colostomy management, intravenous therapy, laboratory services, and psychiatric care.
Certified nursing assistants, medical social services, and occupational/physical/speech therapies round out the services available to help patients continue to live independently and safely in their home.
There's no place like home and our Home Health Agency serves you in your home. We're on call 24 hours a day, every day.
Eligibility:
You are eligible if you have difficulty leaving your home (requiring a walker, cane, or other assistance), or you have specific care needs, such as part-time nursing care, physical therapy, or personal care needs.
Your personal physician must prescribe Home Health services.
