When you deliver 500 babies each year, you have to be ready for the unexpected because there's nothing routine about delivery. Specially trained nurses staff the Labor/Delivery/Recovery rooms and the special care nursery.

Management of Maternity Services

MOMS is a special program designed to serve pregnant women who plan to deliver at Bay Area Hospital. Specially trained registered nurses, with experience in maternity and baby care, work with you and your family throughout the pregnancy and after your baby is home. They will help you feel comfortable with your maternity experience and the care of your newborn. Many classes are offered free to parents.
